Use of these ice-cold shower systems or cold water plunge pools is at your own risk. Sudden exposure to extremely cold water may lead to shock, hypothermia, or other adverse health effects. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, including heart conditions or respiratory issues, should seek medical advice before use. Extended exposure may increase the risk of adverse effects and should be approached with caution.

PRICING POLICY

Prices listed in the online store under "Get a Quote" serve as a general guide only. Product variations—such as outdoor placement, indoor upgrades, or chassis material options—may influence final pricing. Additionally, freight costs for larger capital equipment vary depending on the delivery location. We encourage customers to contact Toyesi at 02 9679 9400 or via email at info@toyesi.com.au for an accurate product selection, pricing, and freight assessment suited to their project needs.

Due to website limitations, the GST component may not be separately listed. However, all items include the mandatory 10% GST as required by Australian Tax Law.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

For off-the-shelf products, payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, either via the website payment system or via invoice and EFT.

For specialty or custom-built units, a 50% deposit is required upon invoice, with the remaining balance due before shipping. Production, purchases or customisation will commence once the deposit is received.

Payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and all transfers should reference the invoice number for accurate processing. Late payments may result in order delays as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

 

SHOWER USE & CAPACITY:

The number of showers per hour is based on an estimated 30–40 seconds of use per shower with a 9L/min showerhead. Variations in usage may impact cold water availability. The recommended hourly showers account for full chiller recovery, ensuring consistent water temperature. The Showers per Tank metric represents the maximum number of showers before depleting the entire water supply. After reaching this limit, recovery time will exceed one hour, or longer, particularly when maintaining low water temperatures. For a detailed estimated recovery time, please inquire.

 

ICE SHOWER INSTALLATION NOTICE: 

A Mains Backflow Check Valve, a pressure release valve and must be connected via its own insulated pipeline and a flowrate pressure regulator is also recommended to ensure optimal performance and safety. 

 

CHILLER CAPACITY & UNIT SELECTION:

A chiller’s kw capacity outputs are rated at "NOMINAL" conditions, typically based on standard ambient temperatures and predefined operating parameters. Variations in environmental conditions or changes in desired water temperature will affect actual output capacity. Contact Toyesi, and we can perform a heat load assessment to determine the best-sized chiller for your specific application.

 

PLUNGE POOL CHILLERS INSTALLATION NOTICE: 

Chillers or heat pumps used in any pool application must be properly installed. These devices use electricity for their operation, and installing these units too close to the pool could result in shock or electrocution. A suggested distance of 2m or greater for your safety. If you have any concerns about how or where to install a heat pump or chiller, please consult an industry expert with an HVAC certification. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Toyesi values and respects customer privacy. Personal information is collected solely for order processing, customer support, and service improvements. In cases where we cannot fulfil a request, we may refer customers to third-party companies that can assist, but we will always seek the customer's permission before sharing their details. Customers may contact us to request access, corrections, or removal of their personal data; however, certain information must be retained for up to seven years as required by taxation and other legal obligations. All data is handled in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, and we do not disclose personal information unless required by law or necessary for fulfilling orders

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WARRANTY

Any advice, recommendation, information, assistance or service provided by Toyesi concerning the application or use of any of the heat pumps, chillers or other products either directly or indirectly is given in good faith but is given without any liability or responsibility on Toyesi’s part. RETURNS POLICY

At Toyesi, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-built and off-the-shelf products.

Specialty & Custom-Built Products: 

  • As many of our heat pumps and chillers are specifically tailored to individual customer needs, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. 
  • If a product is faulty, defective, or fails to meet the agreed specifications, Toyesi will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable warranty terms.
  • All "Get a Quote" Products are considered under this condition. 

Off-the-Shelf Products:

  • Customers may return unused off-the-shelf products within 14 days of purchase for change-of-mind returns, provided the item is in its original packaging, and must include all accessories, manuals and be in an unused condition, and in a resalable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • If an off-the-shelf product has been used, it is considered second-hand and cannot be returned unless it is faulty, defective, or fails to meet its stated specifications.
  • Failure to seek advice before purchase does not count towards failure to meet stated specifications. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product(s) meet their requirements before purchase.
  • Toyesi provides product details and support to assist customers in making informed decisions. However, the final responsibility for suitability lies with the purchaser. If you are uncertain about your selected product(s), feel free to call Toyesi on 02 9679 9400 to ascertain suitability. 
  • Returns beyond the 14-day change-of-mind window are subject to warranty conditions. To initiate a return, customers must submit a written request via email or post, clearly stating the reason for the return and providing any relevant supporting details.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.
  • However, if a product is faulty, defective, or does not meet its stated specifications, Toyesi will cover the return shipping costs.

We will endeavour to respond to any written request within 4 business days of receipt of the written request. Repair, returns, refunds or replacement will be discussed in this communication.
